Afterwards, we headed off to the San Telmo neighborhood, which is a popular place on Sundays, when many vendors set up shop on the cobblestone streets, selling their wares, such as leather, jewelry, clothing, mate cups...
...plus it is a popular place for antique shopping. You can buy snacks on the street....empanadas...
...donuts...
Etc. And you can watch the various performers, including tango dancers...
...Spanish guitars...
...the invisible man...
...and street bands...
It was a great place to hang out on a Sunday afternoon in BA.
For dinner, we went out with a local couple whom Katherine knew (grandfather of her godson) to the Puerto Madero area, which is a newly developed area centered around their port...with high end restaurants, shops, and condos.
We've scheduled an all day private walking tour for tomorrow, so we can really get to know the city.

Love those street markets!!!. Hope your wearing your Hat. It is perfect for BA. Would love to be there. Let us know if it is the Paris of South -America which is what I have read. Enjoy !!!!!!!
